This event requires integration of all of the AVL elements with the overall theme of the conference. Every session incorporates a live band which benefits from an immersive sound.

We consider it a privilege to work very closely with the event directors for this conference. That allows us to speak into how the audiovisual elements can best support the theme. As an example, flower arrangements were suspended and uplit to frame the stage which reinforced the floral aesthetic of the conference branding. We also created a unique experience where handwritten words from attendees were captured and projected to fill the stage backdrop. Regarding audio, we were initially met with some skepticism that the "tiny" speakers could provide enough output to fill the room with sound. That skepticism was quickly dispelled once we turned up the volume! We're also able to provide backline equipment and audio engineering services for the band.
