This is a video-centric conference. The content captured during the sessions fuel company socials into the next year and beyond. After the event, every keynote is edited and posted in its entirety for instructional purposes. There's a livestream of the event as well as displays all around campus streaming zero-delay, high definition video from the main room. We don't just want video, we want high-quality video. We also need a sound system capable getting loud while staying clean as the room gets rowdy during the Squat & Deadlift competition.

This room is incredibly packed so we need to keep our equipment footprint as minimal as possible. This presented the perfect opportunity to implement auto-framing and auto-tracking PTZ cameras from Sony. We used an array of Sony's BRC-AM7 cameras with integrated lenses in addition to the interchangeable-lens FR7's. The full-frame FR7 provides an image quality like no other PTZ on the market and the AI tracking capabilities of these cameras allowed a single operator to manage all of them without the subject ever leaving the frame.
